Cell phones? Ya that's right. Mobile phones are the new thing in the world. People everywhere are buying and using these mobile phones. It makes life so much easier according to some people. In the past 3 years there has been a shoot up of cell phones being bought by teenagers in the United States. About fifty-one percent more than before. Roughly around eighty percent of teenagers own at least one cell phone. That's more than half of the people living in this country! And roughly thirty percent have two mobile phones possibly. According to reports, done by Pew Internet, many more girls will be using cell phones besides boys. Forty-two percent send more than 4 texts daily to friends. cellphones.lovetoknow.com says that sixty-eight percent of teenagers in highschool would be asking their sweetheart to prom via text message. And also forty-three percent of the girls responded by saying 'yes' even though they were asked through text message. The biggest debate over these devices is whether they should be allowed to be used by students in/during school hours. There is a side totally for it and a side completely against it!
